As part of her world tour to promote her first album, we are honored to have Isiliel return to NW IdolFest 2023! The solo act of Himari Tsukishiro, she mixes genres as diverse as folk, blackgaze and city pop to express hitherto unexplored depths of pathos and beauty on stage.
